This massage is highly recommended when seeking a complete or full body massage. Your massage therapist will cover areas such as, head (neck, face, jaw), upper and lower back, legs, arms (including fingers, palms) and even your feet, toes included. In a one-hour session a massage therapist can only isolate and tackle so many areas, therefore 120 minutes is definitely recommended and most common.
